3lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
1lb bacon chopped
1/2 jar sweet heat marinade
1/2 cup diced sweet heat jalapenos
8oz pkg cream cheese
1 medium white onion, chopped
6 cloves crushed garlic
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cans chicken broth
1 can of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon cumin


Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and mash, Add all liquids, cream cheese, sour cream and cumin. Keep on a med-low heat. In saucepan, fry bacon and drain then add garlic, white and green onion to caramelize. Add to soup mixture. Add diced sweet heat jalapenos. Keep on med-low for about 45min stirring occasionally. Serve and top with some cilantro and shredded cheese if desired. YUMMY GOOD!
